1. Bust: Measure at the fullest part of your bust wearing a non-padded and non-compressive bra (or no bra) with arms down and relaxed to your sides. Tape measuring should be relaxed at your bust.

2. Waist: Measure your natural waist, i.e. the smallest part of your waist, usually where your torso bends.

3. Hips: Measure the fullest part of your bum wearing non-bulky bottoms.

4. Inseam: Standing straight up, measure from the center of your crotch straight down to your ankle bone. (If someone finds a better word for crotch, let us know.)
