MASKERT will gladly accept eligible merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of receving. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns are free of charge.

Return Instructions

Please email us at service@themaskert.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address.

* Please follow our steps emailed to you to contain certain packaging information when return the item so we can successfully process your returns.

When can I receive my refund?

Refunds will be granted once we've received and inspected the eligible return item. Due to high warehouse volume, please allow 3-5 days for return processing.

Refunds to your original payment method will be made within 5 busniess days upon receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you don't receive your refund 14 days after returning the product, please email us immediately at service@themaskert.com

Important: 

If you're not receiving our emails, check your Spam or Junk folders. Label them as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk" to ensure future emails land in your inbox.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation of the refund once completed.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
